1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 3d33 platform ("3d33", "we", "us") and all users ("members", "you"). By using the 3d33 website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• One Account Only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or device. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) via national ID or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

• Any bets or winnings resulting from a system or software error will be considered void. In such cases, only the original stake amount will be refunded.

• In live betting, a bet is not confirmed until the connection is stable. Disconnections may result in the bet being deemed invalid.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3d33 platform. Any violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bots & Automation: Use of any bots, scripts, or automated software in gaming or betting.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profit by using multiple accounts or platforms.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or by providing false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

9Responsible Gaming

3d33 firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place the wellbeing of our members above all business considerations.

10Account Suspension & Closure

3d33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• For registering with false or incomplete information.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• If identified as a minor.
• An inactivity fee may apply if your account remains dormant for an extended period (generally over 12 months).

If an account is closed while a balance remains and no rule violations have occurred, a refund will be attempted. Members may also request account closure themselves at any time.

11Limitation of Liability

3d33 bears no liability for the matters listed below — members should have a clear understanding of each of these points.

• If a betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• For force majeure events such as natural disasters, server attacks, and similar circumstances.
• For unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence or security failure.
• For any financial losses resulting from gaming or betting.

3d33's total liability is limited to the amount directly involved in the specific incident in question.

12Changes & Updates

3d33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform at least 7 days in advance.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to any changes, please request account closure before the changes take effect.
